Priority Global Goals for Sustainable Development

As a supplier in the energy sector focused on nuclear power technology and sustainable consulting services, we place particular emphasis on two of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals in our sustainability efforts: Goal 7—Affordable and Clean Energy, and Goal 12—Responsible Consumption and Production.

Goal 7: Sustainable
Energy for All

Our operations are directly linked to the development of a sustainable energy system. Through our specialized services in nuclear power and electrification, we contribute to safe, reliable, and fossil-free electricity generation, which is a key component in the transition to a climate-neutral society. We support our customers in their efforts to extend reactor lifetimes, conduct safety analyses, and implement efficiency improvement projects, thereby strengthening the resilience and availability of the sustainable energy system.

Goal 12: Sustainable Consumption and Production

As a knowledge-intensive company, we have a responsibility to contribute to the resource-efficient and sustainable use of natural resources. We are actively working to reduce our climate impact from travel, office operations, and procurement, and have established procedures to measure and track our emissions in accordance with the GHG Protocol. By integrating sustainability requirements into our internal processes and client engagements, we contribute to a more circular and responsible business—both internally and throughout the value chain.

Our decision to prioritize Goals 7 and 12 is based on the direct link between our core business and the need for a sustainable energy and production system. We view it as a natural part of our responsibility to contribute to the transition toward a more sustainable future through our expertise, our processes, and our actions.
